Hey there! I'm Cintia. I'm a UX/UI Designer from Brooklyn, New York, who is passionate about developing human-centered designs and research.

My goal is to understand the "why" in experiences. Why do people experience things the way they do? Why does the design work (or not work)? I strive to bring people together through meaningful, research-based design.

My diverse background and skill set gives me a unique perspective in the UX world.

With over 5+ years of retail experience and customer service. My strong background in customer service has allowed me to practice empathy, be a team player and keep users as the focal point.

My background in journalism not only has taught me to listen and ask questions in order to understand while empathizing with the person to whom I am listening to; but also taught me to be adaptable to an ever-changing landscape.
